We picked up the crib the other night from the Shapiro's. Chuck got it put together last night. Holy crap we're having a baby! Now I can put the big stuff in there and get it out of the family room! I'm pulling out the clothes and stuff she got as well, I'm hoping to put a picture up on here or on the flickr page of all her adorable duds! She is going to be one stylin' baby!
I'm itching to get stuff washed and ready. I'm going to hold out though for one last ultra sound. They want to see how big she is and we want to make sure she is a SHE and not a HE!! It would be just out luck, bringing home our son in a pink infant seat and putting him in pretty much pink and purple everything! It's just a little thing Chuck keeps giving me crap about and that has stuck at this point! I'm 95% certain she's a girl. But you never know!
Aside from the whole tail bone thing I've been feeling pretty good. Tired. But good. I actually was able to eat a little chicken tonight, which was nice. I babysat last night for a 2 month old baby girl. After having it all come back to me (like the burping, I almost forgot about the burping...oh and how mad they get when take the darn bottle out to do the burping :) Anyway...I'm definitely ready for her to come and say hi now. Not quite yet, but soon! The day after my maternity leave starts would be good!! LOL. I know, I know...I'm kidding.
Okay I think I need Tylenol and the heating pad for my heine now. Joys of pregnancy!

We had two ultrasounds with #2 that indicated a surefire boy. Nevertheless, I didn't part with any of the girl stuff until he was actually out and we could see the "dealy bobber" for ourselves to be sure.
Sounds like you are "nesting"! I never noticed the nesting. I think I "nest" all the time whether pregnant or not.
Haven't checked the pics yet, so here I go....

I've heard rumors about this nesting thing. I think I've done it through a lot of this pregnancy. It's brutal. I don't know if that's normal or not. But it seems like I am always finding something to organize or go through. Some may call it OCD!!
When we went for the 20 week ultrasound we didn't get any pictures. Of course that's another reason we are hoping for another! I just want that little bit of confirmation. When they told us she looked like it was a girl it was worded, "See these 3 lines, these are USUALLY the start of a labia." That wasn't confirmation enough for my husband. At the time it was for me, then he kept giving me crap and it's backfired on him. I'm sure she's a girl. I really don't think a boy would do this to me!! Oh well, it is what it is, I suppose!
Did you get headaches about every day towards the end? The last few days I have had them in a bad way. Just wondering if it's normal!!
